Coaches needed!

December should officially be called the coachless month on account of 6 NFL teams being without a coach. Almost immediately after the firing phase the hiring part began and it’s a battle field. There are options on either side, coaches can pick and teams can pick from free agent coaches. It almost seems like heaven.

Buffallo Bills coach Doug Marrone opted out of his contract on the 31st of December and has been spotted to have talks with the New York Jets and Atalanta Falcons.

The San Francisco 49ers apparently had a mutual parting with coach Jim Harbaugh who ran over to Michigan for a new position.

The Chicago Bears have fired both Coach Mark Trestman and GM Phil Emery. Trestman shortly had an interview with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The N. Y. Jets lost their head coach Rex Ryan who had talks with the Buffalo Bills and an impressive 5 hour interview with Atalanta Falcons.

The Atlanta Falcons announced that Mike Smith, coach for the last 6 seasons will be let go seeing how he failed to deliver in 2014.

The New Orleans Saints will be without 3 coaches: wide receivers, tight ends and defensive backs.

By all this you can imagine what the boards of these teams are going through, however they seem very animated by the hope that with these new changes their teams will do better.

There were some coaches out there who were safe before the turn of the year like Tom Coughlin of the New York Giants and Mike Pettine of the Cleveland Browns.
